Stellar joins the vintage champagne house Dom Pérignon to launch Singapore’s first Dom Pérignon Plénitude Suite, where Chef Millar orchestrates a harmonious union of the finest seasonal ingredients emboldened with progressive culinary techniques – one-of-a-kind multi-sensory experience.

Cuisine Introduction

Utilising modern techniques to get the most out of the best seasonal ingredients available. Chef Millar enjoys working directly with some of the world’s best farmers and producers such as Tajima Wagyu in New South Wales, Australia which provides whole cattle and up to 25 premium cuts, translating these into the elegant Constellations Menu and the effortless Omakase Menu.

Road To Tajima

Stellar at 1-Altitude is proud to be the first restaurant in Singapore to rear its own Wagyu cattle at Australia’s premium Wagyu farm located in the Riverina region of New South Wales. Steadfast in its ongoing promise of sourcing and serving only the best ingredients from around the world, Stellar is now exclusively serving Tajima Wagyu beef sourced from its own cattle.
